Some Photos of Cebu
Since our FGDs start at 9AM and end at around 7PM, we barely have time to go around and explore the city (/go island-hopping), which explains why most of the photos are taken during the night (which also explains why I don’t have tons of photos: not adept with nighttime photography and I hate using flash).
I may not have photos of the Edge Coaster ride and the Skywalk experience, but I...

I’ve been seeing a huge wave of nostalgia over the past few weeks in my Facebook feed and Tumblr dashboard, and I’m honestly irritated with what people are saying about all those photos of old Manila. Most of the shares have captions that say “Anyare” or “Back when plans were still…

Saw Taiwan to the World: Trash to Treasure on National Geographic a while ago. It featured Arthur Huang, co-founder and managing director of MINIWIZ. ♥
I saw Arthur Huang a couple of weeks ago in Hong Kong. He was one of the MaD Award 2012 finalist, who eventually won a Merit Award. The Grand Award went to Mr. Jonah Nobleza, for the his social enterpise, Marina Gana Vida.

Just got home from my working weekend/holiday at Sonya’s Garden in Tagaytay! It was quite ironic that we chose a place of relaxation to hold this workshop, but it wasn’t that hard to concentrate, especially if you’re with people who are really enthusiastic about this research. I’m so glad to finally meet the rest of the research team! I’m thankful that they’re...

Motivation
I need thee.
I have never felt this tired in my entire life. I can’t explain it. I’m not physically drained, but I am drained. For a moment there, everything went blank. Like the things I do serve useless purposes.
Maybe I just want to be a little appreciated.
What have I just taught my co-delegates?
Seriously, they don’t know what sukebes and smashboxes are? :| :>

What I Ate in HK
It’s my last night in Hong Kong and so far, it’s been an amazing experience. No, I don’t think amazing is even the right word for it, it’s understating what I want to say. The past 4 days have been very tiring; of course we had to take advantage of being in the city by roaming around and getting lost (though not actually, they have a pretty effective railway system here)...
