I feel so sad and devastated watching the news about Sendong’s wrath hitting CDO (and other parts of Mindanao). It’s like every couple of hours, the death toll escalates (now at around 650 dead), as well as the number of missing people. It’s almost Christmas. Everybody’s feeling the Christmas vibe. But aside from our over-decorated Christmas tree and the outdoor lights, Christmas feels like ages away from where I’m sitting right now.
